1. Human Resource Assistant, GS6 level

In order to facilitate effective recruitment and placement of staff and other UNICEF employees, coordinate learning and development activities, and matters related to Performance Management, UNICEF in Belarus is looking for a Human Resource Assistant.

If you are committed, proactive and work well with people, have completed secondary education (preferably supplemented by technical or university courses in the area of human resource management), and a minimum of six years of progressively responsible HR work experience, please consider applying for the position.

2. ICT/Technology for Development Assistant, GS6 level

To support our work for children of Belarus with more effective/innovative technological/IT solutions for the Office and Programme work, UNICEF in Belarus is looking for an ICT/Technology for Development (T4D) Assistant. If you have completed Secondary education supplemented with formal training (at university level) in Computer Science, Business Administration or computer related certification, a minimum of six years of practical professional work experience in IT, a passion for technology and an understanding of how it can help improve development work, please consider applying.

The Assistant will advise UNICEF in Belarus office on the use of IT products and services assist in identifying and supporting improvement opportunities and formulation of Business Cases for the T4D and innovation projects in key programme areas.

3. Administrative Assistant, GS5 level

In order to perform a variety of administrative tasks and facilitate effective travel and event management, UNICEF in Belarus is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

If you have completed Secondary education (preferably supplemented by technical or university courses related to the work of the organization), at least 5 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience, as well as attention to detail and willingness and ability to develop thorough knowledge of UNICEF administrative procedures, processes and policies, please consider applying.

All candidates should be fluent in English and Russian, with advanced drafting and reporting skills, excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

We consider an asset:

 — Prior work experience in the UN System/UNICEF or another international development organization.

 — Prior experience and hands-on knowledge of an Enterprise Resource System (i.e. SAP).

 — Prior experience and knowledge of UN System/UNICEF policies, procedures and guidelines.

 — Working knowledge in the Microsoft Suite of Products (including MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint).

We propose approx. monthly net salary (tax free) for the above positions — USD 1,000 — 1,300 and allowances (depending on the level).
