British Government Chevening Scholarship Programme is a great opportunity for academically gifted students to take on a postgraduate Master’s degree programme in the UK. The scholarship covers all costs – from tuition to travel and living expenses.
Priority subject areas for 2013/2014 academic year are:
- Economics, Finance and Business
- Journalism and Media Management
- Political and Social Studies
The programme is highly competitive. Applicants are assessed according to the merit of their applications, including their leadership ability, past achievements, qualifications (both academic and professional) and their English language ability.
The minimum English language requirements to apply for a Chevening Scholarship for 2013/2014 academic year are: IELTS - 6.5 or TOEFL - 79 or Pearson PTE Academic - 58. You must present your English language test certificate at the time of your application for Chevening.
Deadline for Application is 7 December, 2012
To be a successful applicant you must be an accomplished professional with at least 3 years of relevant work experience who demonstrates ambition, drive, leadership potential and a commitment to change and organisational development.
Please note that you must be a citizen of Belarus and already hold a university degree (Diploma) to be considered for a Chevening scholarship.
