Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and effectively implementing local strategy leading towards sustainable profitable growth.
  • Recruiting, coaching and developing high calibre people capable of further development within the organization.
  • Identifying new business/market opportunities and taking appropriate actions to succeed.
  • Full P&L accountability within the area of responsibility.
  
Key Experience and Skills:
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and analyze complex situations to propose clear solutions.
  • Ability to communicate strategy in a clear and concise manner.
  • Combination of Entrepreneurial thinking and structured approach with strong process orientation.
  • Demonstration of strong intellectual leadership skills while treating others with great respect.
  • Experience in building and leading high performing teams.
  • Team player with high emotional intelligence and integrity.
  • Courage to take responsibility and act decisively to get things done.
  
Qualifications:
  • Broad educational background in Business Administration or Economics (MBA is preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Sales or Marketing with P&L and people management responsibilities
  • Track record of achieving results within commercial environment, preferably in a B2B company
  • Stable history of working several years for the same company.
  • Multi-lingual including fluent English
  • Internationally mobile
