Duties include: Knowledge of a wide range of economic issues, including but not limited to budgetary, monetary and trade policy.
Skills and abilities: Thorough understanding of public and private sector economies; financial markets and working of IFIs, familiarity with market indicators, statistics and economic terminology are required.
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, international economic relations or related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of three years of specialty relevant progressively responsible experience in public and/or private sector, economic research and analysis is required.
Language: Level III in English (good working knowledge) and Level IV in Russian (fluent) are required.
