UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME IN BELARUS
 
announces a vacancy in UNDP-GFATM project
 
“Support to the National Programme ‘Tuberculosis’ in the Republic of Belarus”
 
The project is directed at assisting the Government of the Republic of Belarus in its activities for reduction of the burden of tuberculosis in Belarus. It is financed by the Global Fund to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria. The main aim of the Project is to increase effectiveness of TB detection rate, providing access to treatment and preventive measures.
 
Procurement Specialist
 
 
Works under supervision of the Project Manager and is responsible for products, equipment & services procurement within the project implementation in compliance with the UNDP rules and procedures.
 
 
Qualifications and experience:
  •  University degree in economics, management or social sciences;
  •  Experience with goods procurement;
  •  Good knowledge of English;
  •  Good computer skills;
  •  Driving license (“B” category) is compulsory.
 
The vacancy is open for the attention of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus.
Duration of contract: 1 year with possible extension depending on the performance evaluation.
